Contact Michelle Benson: Support Through Family Court
Michelle Benson is a McKenzie Friend who specialises in Child Arrangement Orders and Divorce applications.
She has a particular interest in supporting men and woman who are survivors of domestic abuse or who have lost access to their children due to unfortunate personal circumstances such as mental health issues.
In her previous career, Michelle was a professional carer and fully understands placing the client first. She has strong and empathic communication skills and provides support with honesty and integrity.
Michelle operates as a McKenzie Friend layperson under her own Terms and Conditions. She is not a legal entity.
Her fees are affordable, even when compared to other McKenzie Friends and in any case, at a fraction of the cost of lawyers.
Michelle is flexible in her availability and can be contacted on all days of the week with the exception of Saturday.
She is very much looking forward to being contacted by women needing support. Although she is based in the South East of England, she can extend her service to any location of the UK on the understanding that outside of her region, she can only attend remote hearings.

MaKenzie Friends operate as 'lay persons' who are not legally trained or qualified, but who will support you through the family court process as an 'informed friend'.

Philip Kedge is a retired police Chief Inspector and the founder and director of the McKenzie Friend UK Network. His aim is to remove lawyers from the family court with his own ethical business to reduce conflict and acrimony, to provide training and a cost effective McKenzie Friend national
service and to reduce the emotional harm to children as a non-legal entity and informed friend.
