Jonathan Cotterill-Bolsover empowers parents to confidently navigate complex child arrangements proceedings.

Jonathan is a dedicated McKenzie Friend who specialises in Child Arrangements, Non-Molestation Orders and family proceedings. His practice is uniquely founded on both a deep personal understanding of family court stress and extensive professional expertise in vulnerable family situations. As a former foster carer of 15 years and a father of four, he brings invaluable insight into child welfare and the profound emotional impact legal disputes have on families.

His experience is significantly strengthened by his role as a lead volunteer with a national support organisation. Through this, he has worked with and alongside over 200 clients, providing critical front line support across a wide array of family and civil law situations, which has honed his ability to guide individuals effectively.

Leveraging his qualifications in Psychology and Social Science, and his current legal studies, Jonathan specialises in family proceedings, expertly assisting clients in drafting compelling court documents, creating accurate Chronologies, and preparing for all hearings. His goal is to transform client anxiety into empowerment, ensuring they have the clarity and organisational help needed to make their voice heard and achieve the best possible outcome for their family.
