My understanding of separation began before I worked in this space. When I was eleven, my parents went through a difficult divorce, and I saw first hand, alongside my younger siblings, that separation is never simply about legal documents. It changes homes, routines, finances and childhoods. Years later I went through my own separation, and experienced the reality of solicitors, negotiations, forms, courtrooms and difficult conversations, whilst continuing to function day to day.

I support people through complex financial remedy and child arrangements proceedings. On the financial side, that means getting disclosure organised, working through Form E and questionnaires, and making sense of property, pensions and business interests. On child arrangements, I help you keep your children's needs at the centre through the FHDRA, Section 7 reports and fact-finding hearings, and put forward workable proposals.

From application or notice to final hearing, I work alongside you at every stage: understanding the court's directions, meeting deadlines, preparing statements and bundles, and knowing what to expect in the courtroom. At hearings I sit beside you as your McKenzie Friend, take detailed notes and help you present your case clearly.

I work in person across Essex and Suffolk, and online throughout England and Wales.
