Drawing on over 20 years of experience in customer service, complaint resolution, and dispute handling—alongside strong organisational and management skills—she successfully navigated the court system and secured a positive outcome, particularly for her daughter, who remained at the heart of every decision. Having experienced firsthand the strain of legal costs and having witnessed many others in similar positions, Lyndsey is now committed to using her knowledge and skills to support those in need of affordable guidance through family law.
Natalie, who holds a law degree, chose to become a McKenzie Friend to offer meaningful, hands-on support without the high costs of traditional legal services. Her passion for family law is matched by her commitment to working directly with clients, guiding them with empathy and clarity through emotionally challenging circumstances. As a parent herself, she understands the vital importance of maintaining strong parent–child relationships and works to ensure clients feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout the legal process.
