Dave Barma has spent the last 10 years working as a small business owner, for the 15 years prior to this he was employed in a number office based, customer service and supervisory roles.
All of this previous experience provides him with transferable abilities to the role of a McKenzie Friend such as being client focussed, having excellent communication skills, a high level of organisational competency, a strong understanding of IT processes and the ability to support clients in prioritising and managing their own family court journey in an efficient and timely manner.
He has a solid understanding of family court processes and can provide straight forward, easy to understand advice as well as emotional support, mentoring and coaching designed to empower clients during this difficult and often stressful period of their lives.
Dave is a Father of 3 and has first hand experience of going through the family courts himself, this gives him the ability to empathise with the circumstances of his clients on not only a professional but also a personal level too.
