Nigel reached out from my enquiry and from the beginning offered a warm, friendly relaxed introduction through the free 30 minutes consultation.
Nigel has made himself available at times to suit myself and my partner around work and child commitments and that flexibility has been invaluable to us as a working family.
In terms of the cases Nigel is helping us with, he is helping with both a child arrangements and non molestation order as applicants. In both cases Nigel has offered up valuable advice and taken time to research things to ensure that advice is as accurate as possible. As a litigant in person in both cases, Nigel has made the at times daunting and exhausting requirements of the court, along with the at times antiquated language used by courts in correspondence and orders, much easier to deal with and is able to explain things in a much simpler way.
Me and partner are incredibly grateful Nigel has, and continues, to support us as our McKenzie friend, I genuinely believe without his support both cases would have been withdrawn by now due to the difficulty and barriers individuals with no legal training or experience come up against.
